How to Wrap Big Wontons
There are two types of wontons we eat in Shanghai, the Big Wontons and the Small Wontons. The Big Wontons are made with a stiff wrapper and as the name suggests are bulging with a generous amout of stuffings. It’s hard to describe in writing how to wrap them, so I asked my older son to demonstrate how to do it since it’s one of his favourite food to eat. He learnt this skill when he was 9, so I’m sure it is something you can master as well!
